When it comes to picking tools to run an online business or campaign, there are so many out there you could spend months and months comparing – and believe me, I did! I tested so many systems, Mailchimp, Convertkit, Kajabi, New Zenler, to name a few. Here’s what came out tops, I depend on them and so can you*. (This post contains affiliate links)
Outside of delivering the core functionality integral to their purpose, this is what I looked for in each system:
-
- Robust and reliable
- Ease of use
- Comprehensive features
- A ‘fremium’ model. That’s a model that offers users a solid forever-free plan, with an option to upgrade if required. What this means is that you get a functional service free, you can upgrade if you need more but critically you aren’t tied in to monthly bills before you can afford them, or to keep your service alive.

I absolutely only recommend systems I completely believe in and am happy to stand over. I’ve put hours, weeks, months even, into testing other systems as well as these, and what I’m recommending above is what I’m currently recommending to all my clients and using myself.
